As the Clean Oceans through Clean Communities (CLOCC) programme is expanding, we are looking for team members that are driven by their passion for contributing to sustainable waste management in Bali, Indonesia.
Bali Field Technical Officer
Scope of Work : Execution of field implementation, and ensuring efficient implementation of the project.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Conduct day-to-day project implementation and coordinate with project officer
Conduct data collection and analysis in related project area
Conduct the implementation, monitoring and evaluation systems in the project , and assess if the implementation is in compliance with the approved project documents by CLOCC Indonesia
Build-up relationship with relevant stakeholders such as Regencies, industry associations, farmer associations, women’s groups, environment activists, volunteers, schools etc
Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
Ensuring that resources and equipment are always available
Conducting project documentation
Coordinate with related parties for the implementation of meetings and/or events
Qualifications:
Able to process both quantitative and qualitative data
Strong interest in waste management and/or circular economy solutions
Analytical
English proficiency
Possess statistical data analysis skill
Experience as waste management system designer is an advantage
Bachelor’ Degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health or Industry
Bali Project Officer
Scope of Work : Lead in initiating and driving the project in the field as per the strategic plan and ensure the efficient implementation of the project.
Key roles and responsibilities :
Maintain a day-to-day oversight of project implementation, manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities
Ensure that the project meets its objectives and achieves expected outcomes and submission of deliverables on time
Develop and implement capacity building and networking activities
Support project planning, design and implementation, budgeting besides data collection and analysis in related project area
Lead planning, implementing and monitoring of capacity building events
Organise and supervise the implementation, monitoring and evaluation systems in the project , and assess if the implementation is in compliance with the approved project documents by CLOCC Indonesia
Prepare and submit progress reports to CLOCC Indonesia
Build-up relationships with relevant stakeholders such as Regency, industry associations, farmer associations, women’s groups, environment activist, Volunteers, Schools etc
Participate in TORs preparation for consultants, trainer and in the recruitment process of staff
Take responsibility for day to day project financial operations
Being the point of contact for CLOCC working groups
Qualification:
Good relationship builder
Strong interest in waste management and/or circular economy solutions
Analytical
English proficiency
Experience as community developer and government relation officer is an advantage
Bachelor’ Degree in Environmental Sciences, Public Administration or Social Sciences
Stay in Klungkung Regency would be beneficial
