CLOCC consists of a truly global team based in

Oslo, Vienna, Bangalore and Jakarta, with team members from Avfall Norge, ISWA and InSWA.

Aditi Ramola

Technical Director, ISWA

Within CLOCC, Aditi works on content and training development and supports the project manager in developing partnerships to deliver CLOCC’s mandate. In ISWA, she manages international projects and partnerships, provides assistance to the Scientific and Technical Committee and Working Groups, and helps develop innovative projects globally to further strengthen cooperation with partners and international organisations. Aditi holds a Master's in Environmental Technology and International Affairs from the Vienna University of Technology. She is passionate about science education and was the past lead of the ISWA Young Professionals Group (YPG) initiative on Education and Chair of the YPG in 2019.

Jennifer.jpg
Jennifer MacDonald

Technical Project Manager, ISWA General Secretariat

Jennifer is responsible for the CLOCC’s recruitment of trainers, tender submissions, expert and topic “match-making,” e-learning module development, and general project coordination and management. At ISWA she manages both internal and external projects and initiatives, coordinates technical working groups’ activities, and provides coordination support to the ISWA Scientific and Technical Committee. She has an MSc with Distinction in Environmental Technology and International Affairs from the Technical University of Vienna and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna where she specialized in waste to energy of biomass residues; she received a travel scholarship to complete her research at the University of Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Indonesia where she focused on palm oil biomass residues

Mochamad Satya Oktamalandi (Andik)

Research Associate, InSWA

Andik’s role in CLOCC is to lead the implementation of trainings, workshops, site visits and data collection in Indonesia. He has experience in waste management system, technical and regulation development and environmental impact assessment. With an educational background in environmental engineering and management science, he has the skills and knowledge to develop holistic and sustainable waste management systems, based on Integrated Sustainable Waste Management (ISWM) approach and InSWA’s Five aspects of sustainable waste management. He is also knowledgeable in  Waste to Energy (WtE) and recycling industry development in Indonesia.

Gifta Oktavia

Research Associate, InSWA

Gifta works on the implementation on CLOCC’s trainings, workshops, site visits and data collection in Indonesia. She also implements digital engagement with the CLOCC participants. Gifta has experience in national projects related to waste management in Indonesia. She holds dual Master’s from Universitas Indonesia and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology for Industrial Engineering and Management field. With her educational background, she has a strong understanding of how sustainable waste management systems work.

Jens Måge

Advisor, Avfall Norge

Jens joins the CLOCC-team as an expert on biowaste management and in waste management in general, and in the development and expanding of the CLOCC project and network. He holds a Mastra/MBA in Strategic Management from Norwegian School of Economics, Pedagogical Education (PPU) from University of Oslo and Economics from Copenhagen Business School. He has many years of experience in waste management, biowaste, recycling and circular economy, both industry and business development, project management and on regulations and policy development.

Nancy Strand

Advisor, Avfall Norge

Nancy is an advisor for the CLOCC project. She recently stepped down after seven years as the CEO of Avfall Norge, and before that she worked as general manager for LOOP, a foundation that fosters better recycling habits. In 1990 she founded one of Norway’s first environmental consultancies, and has worked to coordinate business concerns with environmental efforts throughout her career. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School, and Environmental Resource Management from the University of Southeast Norway.

Sigve Ånderå

Project manager,

Avfall Norge

Sigve joined Avfall Norge and CLOCC in May 2019, when he came from the Climate, Energy and Environment department in Norad. He started his career as accountant and business advisor for small and medium size enterprises, but has for the last 20 years mostly worked within International development and humanitarian work. Before joining Norad in 2017 he worked 8 years at the Norwegian Refugee Council, with positions both in Oslo and at field offices. He holds a bachelor of management from the Norwegian school of Management, and an MBA in Circular Economy from University of Bradford.

Oda Kristin Korneliussen

Project Coordinator, Avfall Norge

Oda is the coordinator of CLOCC programme, where she leads communications, general coordination, e-learning module development, digital engagements and supports the project manager with administration as well as reporting and monitoring. Before joining Avfall Norge, she was a communications advisor at Xynteo, an advisory firm that helps businesses to drive sustainable growth. Prior to that, she had several engagements within communications, including at the agricultural company Yara. She graduated from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) with a Master in International Relations, focussing on how global businesses work on sustainability issues.
